 It is curious that I don't keep track of when I am in pain. I have had an ingrown toe that became infected.  I kept trying home remedies without success.  I also have been really careful about excising because of my heart rate change.  My heart rate is normal now, before it was usually low.  So i guess it is ok.

The debate.  It is amazing how people look at politicians as they were their favorite sports team.  I don't really follow sports so I don't have a team.  I don't like people who lie.  It maybe ok not to tell, just not like about it Jimi Hendrix park Peter's landscaping project   Sunset in the park

Caboose Coffee I checked out morning yoga in the Salida hot springs pool.  Fumiko  in the hotssprings Hotel in Salida.  This is just across from the Hot Springs pool.  Hot springs  along the river Mount Princeton  Daniel
