Sound bath at ft Casey. I was thinking about traveling again. I really like traveling and learning. There is a yoga training in India in January. In February we will go to Fiji and New Zealand. A lot has happened in my little life since I last posted. I got a job,lost a job, traveled and worked. I decide I needed to start posting again.
