Back in Seattle, a little work, Food and Dancing

Back home to Seattle.  I got up early to replace a faucet.  I collected my tools and stuff, anticipating a nightmare repair, but it turned out I only had to replace a faucet washer.  Easy does it for the first job on retuning.

To celebrate and to get exercise we walked to the amoonlight Cafe for some Vietnamese food.  I so much missed noodles.
Then we stopped at Northwest Tofu to get fresh Tofu and Chinese donuts.  I love this place in it's non assuming presentation.  You have to go to the back door to buy stuff.
Then after dinner, and a nap, I dressed but in my new Turkish man's clothes, and I wore my Islamic hat, leather vest, and Italian mask and went to the masquerade ball.  It was really fun.  There was a good mix in the music variety.  A lot of my favorite dancers were there.  This year, there were quite a few new dancers.  I love dancing with new dancers as they will usually do something that is new.  People who have taken too many classes tend to do what they just learned in class.  I know, I do that.  When someone has an idea of how to connect, but has not connected much in social dancing, that finding of  a common connection is fun. Lots of good dancing.  I was tired and wanted to go home, but I stayed until the last dance
