Nice walk on whidbey   

  Next project.  This wall needs to be replaced.  Time to get bids on it.  9278 new tub installation.  

Tenant left fire alarm off of the ceiling Stove top messed up  Microwave More bad example of the the property manager messing up.  They charged me a lot of money to replace this tub surround, but I don't think they did.  If they did it was a very bad job.  The complaint was that there was a water leak in the wall and there was mold.  I was traveling, and the property manger asked me what I thought it might be. I suggested that it could be the valve and the tub surround. A couple of months after both tenants died, I was able to inspect the work. Water leak was still there, from the kitchen sink, and it runied the floor and sheet rock, it was not corrected.  Basically the property manager accepted the report of the bad contractor and lied to me about the problem being solved  T Broken refrigerator .  Old tub and surround removed today at  9278.  New one installed by the end of the day.  The next day was for 9275

The tub is definitely slow draining. It also looks very old and.  The refer has a broken seal  The dryer lint trap is broken.  I ordered an new one but the wrong one came.  This was the start of my discovery that the property manager could not deal with repairs.  The tenant submitted a work order with specific information. Both the repair person and the property manager did not read the request.  The tenant waited until I checked in for me to go repair. It took less than 30 minutes. The repair comapany wanted to sell a new washer and dryer because parts are hard to find.  They wanted me to junk $2k of appliances for their stupidity.    

  I took the spar in for warranty service.  The guy didn't want to use he service number 666 so he threw it in the garbage.  I didn't think it was so bad.   The vacuum has been broken.  I thought it was the switch.  I should have checked it, but my testers was at the apartment.  I called and ordered a new switch.  They guy said I should buy the control board as well.  So I ordered both.  When they came, I put them in, and it still didn't work.  I looked on ebay, and found someone selling just the motor top, for less than I paid for the parts.  I ordered it.

 Monday, brings more work on the apartments.  Cleaning leaves, touch up paint.  I also continued on my real estate continuing education classes.  Choir practice  and then off to Whidbey. 

 The tenant moved out of the 9278 c.  I went by there to start work on fixing some things.  The sink in the kitchen was leaking, and the tub drain was slow.  The kitchen sink was easy, but the tub drain was a problem.  It seemed like something was stuck in the drain.  In any case, I needed to touch up the paint.   Sunday night choir and dance were always a great way to end the weekend.
