Singing at choir practice, and then to Century ballroom.  A good way to end the day .
I posted the apartments for rent.  I had an interesting family come visit.  They were from a middle eastern country.  I was a bit skeptical of renting to them.  I met them and they seem very hard working and dependable.  I still told them they needed a co signer, as they were here on a temporary visa.  

I also figured out how to accept applications again, and to put new postings on various rental websites.  I went and fixed a faucet that a tenant called me directly to fix.  There was not response from the property manager.   Missing in action once again. 


 

I did successfully talk to a nice woman about renting this apartment.  She was wanting to make sure everything was finished prior to committing.  It will be finished this month and rented.

Norwegian mannskor and apartment maintenance

On Monday I went for a walk, then Pilates, then to replace the faucet, unclog a sink, replace a switch, and then go to the Norweigen men's choir. As maintenance projects go I need return as the shut off valve is broken and it causes reduced pressure to the sink.  I ordered the part and said I would return.  It was the board meeting at the choir.  I had not completed all the things I needed to do.  I have to get them done this week.  A letter, minutes.  I would also like to put together a short summary of the cod fish dinner.  I think it will be important to have for next year.  We need to get the date on the calendar for events, and to put them out on the website.  People put events on the calendar early.  We are singing on Wednesday for a erlings brother' celebration of life.  That will be interesting.  We practiced a couple of songs
