July 6 2024 arrival in bali

Remember.never to carry so much I would have to check a bag.  Never bring more than a few things.  I wanted to bring dancing clothes, and yoga clothes and u had a long layover in Taiwan so I thought I should check my bag. I was through  customs and arrival in ten minutes I had to wait 45 minutes for it to come.  I learned not to schedule a driver. I am glad I didn't because there are just too many people waiting to pick someinw up.  Taxi, I give you a ride same price.  I go to the grab lounge.  I call a grab.  It says ten minutes.  The driver says to cancel because he is eating. I cancelled it.  I dicided to get my pack out of the carry on and walk out of the airport.  The hotel is less than 3 km and it appears that I can walk along the beach. I start walking and I am constantly told it is impossible to walk.  I just get behind some local pedestrian and start walking.  As soon as I cross over the major street and into the neighborhood I get requests for bike rides.  As soon as I get to the beach I can walk without people knowing I just got here.  My first Bali beach

Norwegian mannskor and apartment maintenance

On Monday I went for a walk, then Pilates, then to replace the faucet, unclog a sink, replace a switch, and then go to the Norweigen men's choir. As maintenance projects go I need return as the shut off valve is broken and it causes reduced pressure to the sink.  I ordered the part and said I would return.  It was the board meeting at the choir.  I had not completed all the things I needed to do.  I have to get them done this week.  A letter, minutes.  I would also like to put together a short summary of the cod fish dinner.  I think it will be important to have for next year.  We need to get the date on the calendar for events, and to put them out on the website.  People put events on the calendar early.  We are singing on Wednesday for a erlings brother' celebration of life.  That will be interesting.  We practiced a couple of songs
