This month I have been doing the march madness challenge at breath yoga.  I got to put a little sticker on the boat for each time I attended a class. Here is my record. My Airbnb guest who complained about the apartment being dirty left the sheets with blood on them, and they asked for a refund. Fumiko made dinner. It was delicious. I talked to my mother.  She says that she is getting used to being ed's Carpets.  She is also starting to do more work around her house.

I have always been somewhat engaged in physical activities , either through work, dancing,  walking or transportation via cycling.   I had always wanted to do a ramble in Europe  since I was a teenager.  In fall of 2022 I walked the Camino Santiago in Spain.  I had a lot of time to think and I talked to a lot of people.  Health is the most important thing in life.  I decided that I would change my life, and be more active. When I return I looked into yoga classes. It has been just over a year of going to yoga. Here is a me after this morning's work out.
