October 2 2024 More pain

 It is curious that I don't keep track of when I am in pain. I have had an ingrown toe that became infected.  I kept trying home remedies without success.  I also have been really careful about excising because of my heart rate change.  My heart rate is normal now, before it was usually low.  So i guess it is ok.
