Automated locks

I have been using a service to change the lock combinations and send out information regarding the short term stay.  The locks used z wave and required a hub to work.  The hub is a smart things  hub, which I have , and seems to be still working with my samsung phone.  Because I had a couple of locations for short term rentals I had several hubs.  I see on my phone four different hubs.  I know that only one is in use. A second one is connected to the Internet but it is off line. I am a bit confused.   I have been messing around with this for a couple of days.  There is always a learning curve with technology.
