tenants moved out

So two days after they were supposed to move out, the former tenants moved everything to the yard.  They didn't bother to clean the refrigerator or mow the grass.  I changed the locks and mowed the part of the grass that I could get at.  When this tenant moved they said it wasn't clean. I has cleaned it and I paid for a cleaner to come in again. Usually when someone rent and they want it cleaner they are the ones who leave it dirty.  This is the case here.  I hope the property manager will charge them.
