normana Hall

Normana Hall in Everett.  I went to the practice there in the evening.  We worked on the songs for Dr Alf birthday on Sunday.  I had never seen two of the songs.  In any case I have a yoga class that day so I didn't take the music with me.  Earlier I the day I had a lomi lomi massage. It was two hours of very sensual but appropriate covering. It was a ritual.
